I've lived in LA for 70 years almost, since 1955, Portobanco is the best "nica" restaurante ever. The menu is extensive varied, inclusive for example " Indio viejo, Chencho con yuca etc" I recomen tit yo every one as a great place to enjoy nica dishes. Keep up the good work. [?]????

Amazing is an understatement for the way this food was prepared and presented. This was the first time my co workers were trying Nicaraguan cuisine, the Tostones were perfect, and the carne asada was prepared to perfection. The Queso was the star of my plate!

Growing up eating mostly nicaraguense food I have to tell you portobanco hit home for sure from the fresco cacao to the main entree and gallo pinto was on point. Amazing atmosphere beautiful waitresses very friendly and attentive. I've been there four times with the family and every time they didn't disappoint. I will continue taking my family there and friends as well. Thank you portobanco for making us literally feel at home.
